Can I buy from TRAX Equipment?

We sell all our products through our dealer network in New Zealand. Some products are sold exclusively through our dealers, and these products can not be purchased from our website. 

If you can add the product to your cart, then you can purchase that product direct from us. Just remember to add in your preferred local dealer when checking out. 

Overseas customers (not living in New Zealand) are best to contact us. Some products we can ship internationally, but not everything. 

How do I place an order?

Adjust the quantity of products required, and add to cart. Some products have options and you must select the appropriate one before adding to cart. 

Review your order and enter shipping details. We accept payment via card (Stripe) or bank transfer. Note, your order will not be dispatched until payment is received in full. 

What about freight?

The majority of our products are sent via couriers around New Zealand. This is usually a 2-3 day service. 

Larger products and bulk orders are often sent via a truck transport company, which takes 3-7 days depending on your delivery address. 

We do send to rural NZ addresses, but this will incur extra freight charges. 

What are the delivery times?

Once the order is dispatched from us, we have little control over the arrival time to our customers. 

Most courier freight is delivered within 3 days. Rural delivery can add 1-2 days onto this. 

Can I track my order?

All of our freight is sent via a tracked service. Usually you will receive an email notification with tracking details when the order is collected by our freight company.
