Turn your Honda Pioneer 500/520 into an all-weather, all-season workhorse with this complete hinging cab kit. Mounting directly to the existing roll frame, it gives you practical protection from wind, rain and spray while keeping a tidy, factory-style look.

The cab combines a smart, sturdy polyethylene roof with a hinging (tip-out) toughened safety glass windscreen, wiper kit, PVC bonnet skirts and a PVC clear back panel to help close in the cab area. The hinging windscreen lets you open up for extra airflow or communication when needed, then close it again for full weather protection. Optional polycarbonate side fenders can be added at any time to further reduce wind and spray.
