Honda Pioneer 1000 Replacement Glass – Cut-out for Fixed Wiper Bracket

Get your Honda Pioneer 1000 back to work quickly with this replacement windscreen glass, made to suit frames with a fixed wiper bracket welded to the windscreen frame. The glass features a U-shaped cut-out to clear the bracket, so it drops straight into the existing rubber surround and frame.

If your original windscreen glass has shattered, simply drill out the rivets holding the old rubber/glass assembly, remove the broken glass, and fit this pre-made replacement screen. Once the old glass is removed, run a small bead of silicone around the steel windscreen frame, then rivet the new screen back in place.

This replacement glass suits both fixed and hinging Pioneer 1000 windscreens that use the fixed wiper bracket.
