We stand behind our products

All our products are designed, manufactured or imported with the end user in mind. We expect them to perform beyond your expectations and personally gaurantee them to be high quality and long lasting.

All goods are covered for a period of 12 months against faulty parts or workmanship.

Any claims must be returned within 10 days of either recieving or from failure of the product and must be accompanied by a covering letter stating date of purchase, invoice number and reason of claim (your retail supplier should be able to produce this). If the claim is valid we will gladly repair or replace it according to our discretion.

NB: This claim does not cover misuse and neglect, failure caused by parts not originally supplied by Trax equipment, unintended water submersion, cosmetic defects (paint, scratches etc) or failure due to acts of God or events out of our controll.

Complaints: Trax equipment takes every one these very seriously, no matter how small. If you have a complaint or suggestion of any kind - Please let us know and we gaurantee to return contact within the next day and seek to resolve the issue as best we can. All our goods are produced with you in mind and if you have any issues; we want to hear them!
